What’s Included?

  • Ages 8-15

    This program covers introductory skills on silks, hammocks, trapeze and lyra.

    This program includes:

    • 1 instructional class per week. 1hr15m

    • 1 optional, scheduled additional training time per week. 1hr30m

    • Class content that’s adjusted to each student.

    • A personalized home workout plan, communicated with the parent, on request.

    • Max 7 class sizes with 1 aerial point per student.

    • Access to coaches after-hours for questions.

    • Opt-in video recording during class to track progress.

  • Ages 9-16

    This program moves into more complex skills, combos, and drops on both fabric and bar apparatuses.

    This program includes:

    • 1 instructional class per week. 1h30m

    • 1 optional, scheduled additional training time per week. 1hr30m

    • Class content that’s adjusted to each student.

    • A personalized home workout plan, communicated with the parent, on request.

    • In-class choreography training as you progress.

    • In-house showcases for performance practice.

    This bars-focused program covers complex combinations and skills that have a high athletic requirement.

    This program includes:

    • 1 optional, scheduled additional training time per week. 1hr30m

    • Class content that’s adjusted to each student.

    Simply Circus is an entry-level class where kids can learn the basics of circus aerials and acrobatics. It's a low-pressure, structured program that can also accommodate students of varying support needs.

    • We are a stairs-free, sensory-aware, single-room studio.

    • Max 7 class size

    • Low commitment, single-month sessions

  • This is a Parent + Child Class. Enrollment cost is for both the parent and child combined.

    Simply Aerials is an entry-level class where kids and parents can learn the basics of circus aerials. The first portion of class is geared towards the children with the second portion of class is for the adults. It's a low-pressure, structured program that can also accommodate students of varying support needs.
